Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Haven & Wick, every product is crafted and packaged with great care. Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our candles and wellness products, all items sold on our website fall under a non-returnable category for hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
However, we understand that exceptional cases can occur, and we will consider returns or replacements under the following conditions:
Return / Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- A damaged product was delivered (physical damage or tampered packaging)
- A wrong product was delivered
- An expired product was delivered
- Your order is incomplete (missing product(s))
Once the product is received by us, it will be verified against your claim. Upon successful verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements depend on stock availability.
To raise a request, please email us at support@havenandwick.com within 48–72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review and respond promptly — we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE PAN India Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount (as updated periodically).
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is also available.
Shipping charges (if any) shown at checkout are final and inclusive of all applicable costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or card account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank for further updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items or promotional products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
